The tremors are more because of withdrawal of clonazepam. Are you still taking it?

Hello, Abruptly stopping the medication can cause withdrawal symptoms. It need to be tapered down slowly. As you are symptom free from a long time drug can be withdrawn slowly under supervision. 50 mg is a low dose and it's long term is use is considered safe.

Hello Mam Thanks for seeking help here. As I feel if you are feeling free from OCD since a long time just reduced that medication to half dose for 10 days then stop ... If you Develope minor symptoms,  just after stopping medication then you may consider to manage that with ERP/ CBT.

The course of OCD is highly variable in different individuals. The duration for which you need to take medication depends on the total duration and severity of the symptoms, degree of response to medication, duration of asymptomatic period, etc. The good part is that any potential harm (adverse effects) appear within few of initiating medicines.
