Obsessive compulsive disorder

I am constantly repeating the name of a person in my mind and sometimes say it outside. I feel that name is impure and when it comes on my mind i feel everything is impure. This is the name of person who i was sexual with in the past and regret it as in how could i be with such person. His name keeps popping up and i dont even want to write his name on keyboard as i feel my phone will become impure if i write his name. I have such disgusted feelings towards that person like why was i with him in the first place. I don't even like him. Its pure disgust that i was sexual with him. I wrote his name on paper and burnt it number of times. Because of this i have to keep repeating his name letter by letter and say the entire name and say he's done and this name keeps repeating on my mind everyday and sometimes i say it out and repeat it. How can i take away this dirty name of the person on my mind. The only reason i am not writing the name because i dont want that persons name on phone.

Repetitive tasks, intrusive and repetitive thoughts, checking, counting, disproportionate excess need for order and cleanliness, as well as anxiety when not able to do the same are signs of obsessive compulsive disorder. Patients with OCD suffer from significant distress, anxiety and depression due to the same which impairs their quality of life. Please consult a Psychiatrist at the earliest. With a combination of medication and behavioral therapy it is likely that the symptoms will improve.
