i am taking treatment from past two years and i am fine, but the medicine i am taking is like paracetamol it works till medicine has its effect. The day you miss your medicine you start again acting abnormal or sometimes when you sleep less it comes again.

I would suggest you continue the medicines as directed by your psychiatrist and visit him periodically.
