Oatmeal and sugar

I came across two contradictory articles one says consuming oats shoot up sugar level after prolonged use other says oats can help reduce sugar. Which is true? What is relation between oats and sugar? Being diabetic can I consume oats regularly?

You can consume oats daily but instead of sugar you should go for it’s alternative i.e jaggery, will help you with your sugar level as well. Why don’t you take our one week consultation program and you will surely see the difference

Hi it depends on quantity as well as the combination of oats generally beta glucan is there in oats that helps in reducing sugar try to have vegetable oats not the readymade rolled oats only then you can add veggies some protein content to it it will not shoot then.

It all depends on how you have the oats and in combination with which foods. Daliya is an alternative to oats which is more healthier. If you need to have oats restrict the frequency and quantity and include some veggies along with it.
