Hi sir/mam, Kindly advise is the below diet is correct: My trainer has suggested me following routine. Height 5ft 10 inch, weight: 72 kg. Vegetarian Wake up: one spoon of apple cider vinegar or warm water with 1 clove of garlic(don't chew). Preworkout: Apple and 1 tab of carntine Intra work out: BCAA Post work out: one scoop of whey protein Breakfast: half cup oat in 1 cup of skim milk with 10 almonds After 30 min: green tea Snacks: fruit salad / juice Lunch: 2 mulligan chapati with full plate of salad, sabhi and curd. After 30 min green tea Evening snack: one scoop of protein Dinner: half cup brown rice with kidney beans and green salad ( broccoli and spinach is must) Important: Add apple cider vinegar in sprout 12-14 glass of water (4 l) 1 tab fish oil / multi vitamin tab Use cayenne powder,garlic powder, cinnamon and black pepper in the diet

Hi there, Hope you are doing good. Always remember your trainer is not your dietitian. The diets provided by them are not upto the mark and also one size does not fit all.So the same diet does not work for each and every person.It needs to be personalised.Please do visit a Dietitian and get a personalized diet chart made which can cater to your needs.Kindly do not follow any diet blindly :) Warm regards, Huda Shaikh
