I HAVE NECK PAIN AND NUMBNESS IN RIGHT HAND. SOMETIMES IT PAINS IN RIGHT HAND. ALSO NUMBNESS IN FIRST TWO FINGERS.

As per my experience and your complain you have cervical spodylosis or sevier trapezius muscle spasm .please go and consult your nearest ortho or Physio clinic.

In my opinion u are suffering from cervical radiculopathy...u must go for few blood test... like vitamin d vitamin b 12 calcium... values of which will be deranged for that u need to take supplement medications... along with this u need to take physiotherapy sessions ift / US / hot pack to reduce pain and numbness...take care get well soon

You are having cervical spondylosis with nerve compression leading to pain in your hands. You need to consult physiotherapist for treatment:
- electromodalities for pain relief
- neurodynamic stretches to relieve nerve pain
- strengthening of neck muscles (cervical isometric exercises)
- correction of posture
- work ergonomics to prevent strain on neck.

Make sure that you maintain proper neck posture during work, especially if you use computer. Avoid working continuously. Take short breaks after every few hours during work.

Its a problem of cervical spondylis with compression of nerve root at C6 leading to numbnes on first two fingers.

Numbness is primarily due to nerve compression, the neck pain indicates the cervical spine and the disc is comrpession a part of the nerve orignating from the spinal cord
