I had neck pain and after that started numbness and tingling in left side of whole body for this preciously i took treatment and physio but problem still continue n became worst now what to do i don't know to. Whom i consult

Maybe you should go for a second physiotherapy opinion because the symptoms you are presenting with can be very well handled by exercises as medicines wont provide much relief. So choose your doctor wisely and do not loose hope on physiotherapy treatment.

Avoid long sitting in front of laptop and take small n frequent breaks. Also use Hot water Fomentation and get done proper n complete examination and continue Physiotherapy

Firstly get done with MRI And consult physiotherapist! And accordingly physiotherapist will help But for temporary purpose apply hot water bag

Need to consult orthopaedic doctor. Spine doctor. Go for MRI of spine to rule out any compression.
