Numb genital area

I feel hesistant while urinating and pooping. And my penis feels numb. I got my blood test done. Shows low b12(116) and D. Also feels burning sensation after urination. My urine test is all normal. Please suggest treatment.

Hello since both your vit b12 and ur vit d levels are low at the age of 28 we need to evaluate further as why both are low . We need to look out for causes for ur vit b12 deficiency and vit d deficiency before starting on supplements . For vit b12 u need to take weekly injections for 4 weeks then monthly once for 4 months then yearly once lifelong . Vit d - each week x 6 weeks 1 capsule per week followed by monthly once for 6 months . Hope it helped . Consult for more workup

Please share details of your symptoms. Do you have lower back pain as well. Did you have problem of urethral discharge before? Drink more water.
