Not getting sleepy

I am working on MNc where 12+ hours shift is involved. On a regular basis I am not able to sleep deeply. Even a minor sound or disturbance like some phone sound distrb me I hardly sleeing 2 hours a day. I would like to go for a medication which gives Deep sleep
