Taking medicine just for getting sleep isn't good, I rather discourage it.
U can try few blinking exercises.
When u go to bed, blink your eyes as many times as is possible, it'll make the muscles of ur eyes tired and this will evoke a sleep response .
Or when u close your eyes u have to start counting 100-1 in the reverse order in a normal speed, don't try to hurry. This will exhaust ur neurons.
If u have someone at home, ask them to massage your head for 5 mins when you go to blood. This will help u to sleep .
