I am very thin. Have breakfast than lunch than snaks than dinner. I am a non vegetarian. Please fix my diet so that I can gain weight. Age 27 years Male height 5'9"

Hello, for weight gain, it's all about ensuring you are eating something healthy and 20% increased portions every 3-4 hours.
