Not feeling urge For bowel movement

Hi.. i am not feeling urge for bowel movement since 3 months. i also feeling bloating and constipation per day. i have taken sat esabgol and vitazye and dabour abhayarist but didn't get relief. it become mandatory to take only one dulcoflex tablet with in 2-3 days then i feel relief and proper bowel movement. please provide any suggestion
