-balancing tests(one leg balance for a min)
- Flexiblity( sit and reach)
-Muscular strength(push-up)
- Cardio endurance ( 2km run)
If he passes all this then he is super healthy
, if required improvement w need to start working on strength training or running , that will indirectly increases his metabolism and food intake as well.
