Try to get sleep without any sleep meditation which will have adverse effects on body systems ,your day to day work etc.Ideally you should consider some sort physical activities daily ,avoid coffee ,tea in the evening .Try home remedies like applying sesame oil to your soles ,Smell lavender oil.Chamomile tea is an excellent natural sleep inducer if you use it 30 minutes before sleep.
