Initially I had high fever and felt like vomit but not able to do and I fainted due to high fever after consultation of doctor I was given 3 medicine Now my fever is under control but I always feel like vomiting and feels like my stomach is full is it due to medicine or symptom of typhoid as I have pain in my neck and I don't feel hungry
