Hi, My mother is not able to move after falling from a scooty. Kindly suggest further steps. Attached are the xray.

She need to be assessed and see where is the pain and correlate with X-rays. She got L1 fracture which can be treated conservatively. Make there is no hip fracture - if you are in doubt do CT scan. Consult orthopaedic doctor

There is a L1 compression fracture and ischiopubic rammii fracture of the right side. Treatment is rest for 4-6 weeks and treatment of osteoporosis. Medications like Enzomac, Tendocare and Identical K2 will help. Plan for injection zolendronic acid if her renal status is fine.

Conservative management is preferred here.
