Hello , My husband and I have been trying for a baby since 2 yrs ,I m a pcod patient and have issues with weight loss. Last Yr in d month of Oct I was tested positive for pregnancy with the help of tab like folvite and letrozol .but had a miscarriage in December ,due to no growth in the fetus. Can I get pregnant again .Will I be able to conceive naturally again with out ivf or iui. Please suggest .

Getting pregnant depends on so many factors. You can conceive again. Get your basic investigations done like thyroid profile, prolactin levels, AMH levels ,usg uterus and b/l adnexa
