Imy name is bagye muhammed ,i have had nosal polyp problem in the right nose for 8months and i experience runny nose every night and brokage of the right nostril how best can i treat it.

If frank polyp is there no improvement in conservative management surgery is indicated.. consult with an ENT specialist for proper assessment and treatment..
