1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. In ur diet include 50 percent of vegetables.,fruits 15percent carbohydrates,30 percentproteins 5 percent fat. Chew ur food and eat.avoid maida,bakery food. Eat whole grains as rawgreengram,cooked horsegram . Eat a seasonal fruit a day.. Avoid too much masala spices,oily food. Drink 3 to4 ltrs of water a day. Exercisewalk do some workouts ,play sports1 to 2 hrs a day Eat ur breakfast,  fruits,lunch,evening snacks/fruit night meals at stipulated time.avoid too frequent coffee,tea a day.one or two cups a day is sufficient
