Hi, I'm 39 weeks pregnant. Baby's head had not fixed in the pelvis till now. Doctor told that bone is smaller , Is normal delivery possible?

If the Doctor says that bone is smaller, well I will like to accept doctor's advice. He is responsible for ensuring that mother and baby are healthy. Why should I give an advice sitting here when I have not seen the patient !
