My BP is 130 /89 is it normal or should i be worried..pls reply?? file attached pls reply because i m going to GAMCA test

Seems ur BP is normal just monitor and reduce ur salt intake

It's approximately normal . Ideal blood pressure is as upper part is Systolic that should be in the range of 100-120 and below blood pressure is Diastolic that should be in the range of 60-80 . So your BP is increase mild - 10 point in systolic and 9 point in Diastolic . You shouldn't worried but you should follow good life style. If blood pressure is more than 150 then you should worried and take consultation for better evaluation.

Please follow good life style as take plenty of fluid and take less spicy and fatty foods and do exercise regularly with yoga and meditation and take less salt in the diet.
