I am not getting sleep well due to my continuous thinking and it continue till today.i want tablets for sleeping

Please Don't depend on medicines only Do meditation regularly Do pranayam and yoga daily Take salads and fruits more Take milk regularly Take Tab tagara by Himalaya 2 2 for 3 mths to regularise your sleep cycle naturally Tab macfresh  15 0.25 mg 1 at nt for few days only
