It is good for an overweight patient not to gain weight if the fetal growth corresponds to weeks  of pregnancy To early to perceive any fetal moments at 20 weeks

If the baby’s parameters and growth on scan and Doppler of uterine arteries is fine, you have nothing to worry about. It better to keep you entire weight gain in pregnancy to around 5-6 kgs if you are over weight.

It's not okay if there is no weight gain. The weight is gained due to growth of baby and placenta. If there is no weight gain then you should consult with your gynaecologist

In overweight women the usual 12 kg weight gain need not be the goal. As long as the baby is putting on weigh it’s ok. Fetal movements in first pregnancy can usually be felt around 20 weeks. Don’t expect big movements like kicks. Movements are initially like a flicker or roll or click
