No stamina during running

Sir , Whenevet i start running i very often get tired immediately.My stamina has not been building up for past 5 months .I want to buiild stamina.I sweat a lot. What food should i eat so that my all nutritional needs get compensated as soon as possible

Run only 150minutes per week initially, drink a glass of water an hour before and 1/2 a cup black tea before running. Eat balanced meals and include high biological value protein, good fats and vegetables in your diet.can seek guidance of a dietitian. If stamina problem persists please consult a physician.
