No sleep..

I am. 29 year old since last 6 months i cant sleep. Means if i go to bed i get good sleep for first 5 hour later once i woke up physically iam lying on bed but in my mind there is continuous thaughts running, i don't sleep day time.

Try healthy excercise yoga and build a healthy sleep routine avoid screen usage at night.
