I recently made out with my bf and after 2 3 days my nipples were getting dry and cracks with some dried skin peeling off and also i sleep on my stomach with all pressure on my breasts so sometimes my nipples tend to flatten and when i touch them they are again back to shape is anything need to worry about

Please look after local hygiene. After  sexual intimacy session you should clean your breasts nicely with mild soap and water, make it dry and apply extra virgin olive oil or Olemessa cream or Nipcare from  Himalayas.
