You can have nimbadi kwath after food 20-30 ml But we should first diagnose your actual condition! Pls dont go for self diagnosis and self medication!

You can take nimbadi kwath for internal use in approx 15-20 ml with about 30 ml of lukewarm water And also can prepare fresh nimba leaves kwath(fresh leafs boiled in water) and then can use for washing of scalp but after cooling it, Definitely will get relief from your problems

You can take nimbadi kawadh internally. In case of bottle kwadha then take it 15 ml add 60 ml lukewarm water and use it twice daily in empty stomach ( atleast one hour before food) For washing scalp you can use water boiled either with leaves of neem, hibiscus,  or with  eladi choorna. Better to take medicines after consultation

Nimbadi kashaya  contain many drug and is used  for skin infection and other skin lesions. In Nimba kashaya only Nimba is used for washing of skin lesions externally.Nimbadi kashaya 15 ml with double the quantity of lukewarm water is used internally.
