Hello Doctor, i am getting weekly nightfall in night. Is this normal ? Also i am getting two types of nightfall one in which i get to know in morning through some stain mark on underwear and other in which i feel in night like my penis is full and then ejaculating by moving back and forth and both these are happening without any sexual thought/dream and activity. Is there any way to stop it ? I feel very ashamed in moving in front of my parents in morning due to stain visible on paint. Also i don't change underwear instantly after having nightfall/ejaculation in night, i change it in morning while bathing. So can this can cause any infection ?
