But if it is not possible then just give yourself some time, your body clock/sleep cycle will adjust as per your schedule and you will be able to get sleep in the morning or day time.
Try taking bath and dressing up appropriately for office, every night. It will help you focus better on your work. After completing your office hours you can go to sleep.
Also, eating meal after completing your office hours will help you get some sleep. Digestive process is such that we feel bit sleepy after taking a meal. We can use that to regulate our sleep.
