I have been taking Nexito forte tablet from last three months for sleep Doctor recommended me to take every month consultant/visit/follow up But because of financial problem I couldn't meet doctor Is it okay?

You need to take proper consult for your insomnia (sleeplessness) , prolong consuming of any medications can have long term side effect ,so hence i advise you not to continue the medications without a proper consultation. Kindly consult me for the same .
