I am taking Nexito forte tablet from last three months I am feeling tired and fatigue I want to know can I stop medicine without consulting doctor?

No . Never stop it abruptly. Let your doctor decide. It has to be tapered down over weeks and stopped if at all a decision is made to discontinue the medicine.
