New Lichen planus and old lichen scars

Hello Doc, I have new lichen planus coming and old scars of lichen planus.How do i get rid of both my issues.can laser treatment help.I m currently breastfeeding my baby and hence i m unable to use any medicines.

There are creams and in clinical treatments available that will help lighten your past LP scars. However, if the new lesions are LP have to be determined first for medication to be prescribed.
