Nerve Root Pain

Hi Doctor from past 10 days i had a nerve root pain behind my left knee area and its pains till thigh when ever i sit down for any work and  when i get up its stretch and start paining.

It needs clinical examination to differentiate nerve pain from knee pain .

Like the other doctor said it could be hamstring spasm. And most of the time has strong pain is suggestive of meniscal tear.
Next Steps
Keep legs forward, don’t bend more than 90degrees. Do hamstring stretches . If there is no improvement then x ray knees. Always rule out back pain and sciatica. And then review by orthopaedic surgeon
