Nerve pain in upper left arm

2017-09-10 14:06:12
I've been having throbbing pain on my upper left arm and I don't think it is muscle pain but I think it is because of my nerves. I've been having this problem since a week ago. It feels like my something sharp is stabbing my arm. The pain doesn't radiate but the pain itself is getting worse and worse. The problem started a week ago. I had to cook soup for a very large amount of people.

Yeah its not muscular pain, its nerve involvement.. Since you are having this throbing pain from a week better take physiotherapy treatment.. Nerve stretchings will help you.. The more time to take to get it treated it will take more time to heal.. So better take Physio sittings...
Next Steps
cooking is your job... for the time being you can take precaution, use your right hand more while cooking... avoid heavy exertion from left hand..

Check for pain in ur neck or upper shoulder and or trapezius muscle. It can be trapezitis. U can take hot pack for any stiffness if u have. Take complete rest. If pain is getting worst kindly see an orthopedic doctor immidiately and take therapy after that.
