Nerve pain in leg from SI joint?
Had a CT scan due to major back and left leg pain. I am fused from L3-S1 and both SI joints.
What does this mean "Status post SI joint arthrodesis with threaded cage spacers in place. There is loosening of the sacral side of right spacer margin and cystic/sclerotic changes involving inferior aspect of both SI joints with fused superior joint spaces. No fractures identified."
You need to consult your Treating Spine Surgeon for further opinion if this report of CT is clinically significant. We can get report on CT which look worrisome but they might not be having any relevance clinically.
