Hello practo user
I can understand the tough situation you are currently going through in your life . It seems that there might have been some unhealthy childhood conditioning and negative past experiences which are contributing to your negative outlook towards yourself , others and the world . Avoiding relatives and people can make your situation even more difficult as isolating oneself will increase the negative thoughts . You can try and find hobbies which can be done with your friends or family members , start engaging in small conversations with people around you . Try and write a thought journal on a daily basis to get a better perspective about the things that are bothering you and write a few things positive which happen during the day . It is advisable that you seek help from a clinical psychologist for an indepth analysis of your case and proper diagnosis to help you learn positive coping strategies and skills which will benefit you and help you get out if this troubling situation .
