Need to align my teeth with a surgery

I have really defragmented teeth. i wanted to know if a surgery is require or just the braces would work for me. i have pigmentation too.

Wheather you need surgery or not it can be only determined by an orthodontist. Pigmentation can be removed by scaling followed by polishing &/or bleeching.

Defragmented alias maligned teeth do not always require surgery unless the discrepancy is in the jaw size. But one may require extraction of premolars for correction of malalignment. consult your Orthodontist who can treat you.
