You can go to a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. But it is too late because most of the superficial wounds (confined to epidermis) would have healed. If I was in your place I would have forgotten it and moved on but it can't be medical advice.

You do need any specialist for this you can visit to general physician and consult about your problem and take post exposure prophylaxis immediately that is very necessary don't be panic there is no such test that can identify or detect the issue if there is only scratch you can take pep only if there is wound then specific test would be done.
