I have many unwanted and unnecessary thoughts, which is effect daily routine style how to control this kind of thoughts? Many times I try to divert my thoughts but can't work

It is not about controlling our thoughts. Instead, of that, how much we are ready to forgive those people in our thoughts is very very important in overcoming those unwa Ted thoughts. If possible, try to consult a therapist to overcome this issue..
