C/c- Patient complains of problem with left lower back teeth region since 2 days. Enclosed intraoral photograph shows worn out cusp and grossly decayed lower left second molar tooth, third molar?
Elaborately these are to be done for -
Debridement of caries, cavity preparation, if tooth painful pulp proximity to be evaluated with xray, evaluation of mobility of teeth
Cavity restoration, in case pulp involved RCT with crown
If grossly decayed and cannot be restored, extraction irt lower left second molar tooth followed by crown and bridge pontic tooth or implant restoration for missing tooth after extraction. other symptoms leading to extraction of grossly decayed tooth, pain with pulp involvement, grade III mobility. History of pain? Mobility of tooth? for clinical review
Provisional diagnosis -
Class II caries irt lower left second molar tooth with mesio occlusal cusp involvement and worn out disto occlusal cusp.
Differential diagnosis -
Grading for mobile tooth
Evaluation of third molar tooth on the lower left back teeth region
Diagnostic tests -
IOPA irt 2nd molar tooth
Treatment advise for -
Caries debridement followed by cavity preparation, in case pulp involved RCT, followed by restoration
Prognosis -
