Neck stiffness

My husband went for gym workout yesterday since then he is having neck stiffness specifically around trapezius muscle. I have applied ortho oil and he has taken meftal spas for muscle relaxation. Today is day 2, kindly suggest some muscle cream to relieve him of the pain.

Consult to the physiotherapist for best n fast recovery. Also use hot water fomentation.
