Neck pain unable to swallow.

There is pain in neck to chest & feel like something blocking in chest. Sometimes it's pain in chest but neck paining continuously from last 1week. I have taken Tablet zerodal sp twice daily after food & Capsule pan d daily empty stomach before breakfast For 5 days. But no relief. Local all clinics are closed. Please suggest.
