Hello I have  pinching pain in my right side of my neck . And when pain accure then I feel nothing to do.. can help me plz to whom I cansults.

Consult orthopaedic dr. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury. Do muscle strengthening exercises after pain subsides. Physiotheraphy in form of IFT and usg massage might help

Goodevng do u have any pain radiating to hand? Since howmany days u have that pain, is that pain relieved with rest . Cervical spondylisis can cause decrease in disc space and case pinching type of pain

Use soft cervical collar, avoid mobile and laptos use , and long drives, apply volini spray/gel. Physiotherpy IFT,TENS is very useful to reduce pain
