Dear sir I can't connect online . Am getting neck pain since 10 days . Pls advice what is  tab and reasons .only left side neck was paining .if I love head left side pain was having and feeling heaviness on neck. There is no hand pain and right side pain . And there is no shoulder pain . Pls tell .. my age 30
