Hi dear First of all there is no need to take two antibiotics for just cold and cough. Although it is a common practice to prescribe antibiotics but common cold is self remitting and does not usually require any antibiotics. Now that u have nausea better to take tab panD on empty stomach first and then after eating food take antibiotic this will reduce acidity. Kindly consult for further queries Take care
