Sir u need to consult, for a proper diagnosis and treatment. It may be a Antrochoanal polyp with superimposed bacterial sinusitis which needs prompt, otherwise may lead to complications in the eye, ie pre or post septal periorbital cellulitis

Hi , its looks like you are having chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps , one can only tell wther you have polyps or not by looking into your nose . It can be confrimed on a NCCT - PNS . You need a proper antibiotic course with steroidal nasal spray to reduce the size of the polyps , if they are present . Do you have any history of asthma or breathlessness .
