Nasal polyps and spur

I was having sever right fascial pain and nasal anterior bleeding dripping into throat. I had endoscopy and CT scan for that, which categorically mentions that I've a nasal spur and 7.5x5.5mm polyp. CT scan categorically mentions that it's a polyp with no bone destruction, then is there a need to go for biopsy to determine its benign only,  not malignant?

Septal spur correction and polyp removal can be done in same surgery. And then the polyp is to be sent for biopsy to determine its nature.

CT and endoscopy also give fair idea pre-operatively
