When I insert my finger, I could feel or see clearly from mirror like there is a yellow substance which is nothing polyp..earlier doctor told in 2018 there is polyps and need surgery for it. But I can see clearly in mirror the poly and unable to exhale from that nostril and when I try to inhale hardly through that nostril Near my it's vibrating. Can anyone give suggestion how to move further, is surgery really required for polyps, or through medication it can cure ?

First of all get NCCT PNS and nasal endoscopy. Treatment depends upon CT and nasal endoscopy findings. Initially the patient is put on conservative treatment ( anti allergics and nasal sprays), depending upon the response the surgery can be planned or deferred.
Next Steps
Consult online for proper history and treatment
Health Tips
Steam inhalation twice daily
