Have you been diagnosed with Nasal polyps? If so kindly share details. Also, Please get a CT Scan of Nose and PNS and share pic of the CT films on this platform. Thereafter can suggest if your disease can be managed with medications or will need surgery(FESS).

You need to go under FESS surgery my friend. Bcz thats tht only treatment now available :)

U need surgery for that. Visit ur surgeon and plan for surgery. After surgery further medicines will be given to prevent recurrence
