Hi I am suffering from nasal polyp this is Pan Type in all sinus also creating a breathtaking by my problem in night causing snoring & running nose also lost smelling sense It their any remedy for this

You need surgery.... Endoscopic Nasal Surgery to correct the septal deviation and bilateral uncinectomy and bilateral middle meatal antrostomies. This followed by intranasal corticosteroid therapy with support medications over 1 year postoperatively will clear out all disease from your nose and sinuses.
